Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer (Service) to join our service team. This position is open exclusively to female candidates as part of our commitment to promoting gender diversity in the engineering field. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment at our service center. Key Responsibilities:
Solve customer problems and deliver products immediately.
Receive and log customer complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and assign service tokens.
Schedule daily service work for engineers and manage their assignments.
Check warranty policies, create service budgets and timelines, provide quotations, and obtain customer feedback.
Prepare and distribute service bills to customers and the accounts department.
Create requisitions, bills, invoices, and vouchers as needed for the service center.
Supervise and maintain the service center to ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on using and maintaining medical equipment.
Manage inventory, verify sales and purchases, order spare parts, and adjust reagent sales for service use.
Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions, and report to the Head of Service regularly.
