Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), PGDHRM
Additional Requirements:
Age 24 to 30
Responsibilities & Context:
- Updating company database by inputting new employee`s contact information.
- Manage equipment stock inventory, ensuring availability and proper distribution.
- Maintain up-to-date records of office equipment/devices allocated to employees.
- Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
- Provide support across various HR activities, assisting with projects, and tasks as needed.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
Skills & Expertise:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the relevant field.
- Computer skill, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Good leadership.
Employment Status:
Full Time.
